Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Jacksonville Beach, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Jacksonville Beach is a small coastal city with a big medical commute. Baptist Medical Center Beaches sits right inside town for routine care, but most specialty appointments — cancer treatment at Mayo Clinic, cardiac care at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside, or visits to Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville — mean a 20 to 30-minute drive inland on J. Turner Butler Boulevard or Beach Boulevard. We provide professional, door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation across Jacksonville Beach and Duval County so dialysis sessions, post-discharge rides, specialist visits, and the everyday trips that keep life going never depend on a friend's availability or a JTB rush-hour gamble.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our driver greets you, walks you to the vehicle, and makes sure you're comfortable before pulling away. When your appointment wraps up, we're already there waiting. It's the kind of attention you'd want for your own mother or father — patient, prompt, and rooted in the simple fact that the person riding with us is the person you love most.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The simplest way to book is to call 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this page. For non-urgent trips, we ask for 24 to 48 hours of advance notice, though same-day rides are sometimes possible depending on where you are in the Beaches.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
A day or two ahead works for routine trips, and we set up standing schedules for recurring dialysis. Same-day rides within the Beaches are usually easy. For inland appointments at Mayo Clinic, Baptist Jacksonville, or St. Vincent's Southside, plan 24 to 48 hours so we can route around JTB rush hour.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. Mention the wheelchair when you book, and we'll dispatch an accessible van for your trip. Each one is fitted with a properly rated ramp and full tie-down securement, and we serve manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. Tell us what you use, and we'll match the right vehicle.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — in most cases a relative or caregiver is welcome along at no extra charge. Just flag the additional passenger when you reserve the trip so we can plan the seating and let your driver know who to expect at pickup.

What is NEMT?
NEMT is short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It's a scheduled ride service for people who need a safe way to reach medical care but aren't in a situation calling for an ambulance — think dialysis, oncology infusions, outpatient procedures, and follow-up visits.
The riders who use it are usually older adults who've stepped away from driving, people living with a disability, or anyone managing a condition that makes the wheel risky. Vehicles match the rider — wheelchair-accessible vans, stretcher transport for patients who can't sit upright, and standard cars whose drivers provide hands-on walking support.
Some rides repeat on a calendar — three dialysis mornings a week, weekly physical therapy, monthly cancer cycles. Others are one-off trips, like a pickup after outpatient surgery. The purpose stays consistent: getting people to the care they rely on.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our rides run on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that delivers live vehicle tracking, dependable pickup windows, and direct communication between you and your driver from the first booking screen through drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a family books a ride with us, they're handing us someone irreplaceable — a parent, a spouse, a friend. We carry that seriously. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one is back inside their own front door, our work is built around one promise: no one should ever feel uncertain about the ride.
