Why Choose Us
Aurora stretches across more than 160 square miles and three counties, and its healthcare facilities are spread across all of it. Getting from the eastern neighborhoods near Southlands to the Anschutz Medical Campus on the northwest side can take over half an hour on a good day. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Aurora and Arapahoe County for dialysis appointments at DaVita Aurora Dialysis Center, hospital visits at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital, specialist care at HCA HealthONE Aurora, and the everyday rides that keep life on track — like church along Colfax Avenue or lunch with the grandkids.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before we head out. When you're done with your appointment, they're waiting. Testimonials
After my knee replacement, I could barely walk. The driver was incredibly gentle helping me in and out of the vehicle. He made what could have been a painful trip actually comfortable.
– Raymond H.
My father-in-law goes to dialysis three times a week. I was driving 45 minutes each way to take him until we found this service. Now he gets there safely and I can focus on work. Life changing.
– Arthur B.
My son is in a wheelchair and I'm always anxious about transport. The driver put us both at ease. He talked us through every step — ramp, positioning, securing. My son felt safe and so did I.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call 877-369-5457 or hit the "Book a Ride" button right on this page. Booking a day or two in advance for non-urgent rides helps us assign the best vehicle and driver for your needs.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We suggest 24-48 hours of lead time for most rides. Aurora covers over 160 square miles, so advance booking is especially helpful for cross-city trips to the Anschutz Medical Campus from eastern neighborhoods. For recurring dialysis or therapy rides, we'll set up a standing schedule that repeats automatically.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely — just mention it when you're booking. Our vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans fitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. We'll make sure the vehicle assigned to your ride is the right fit.
Can a family member ride along?
Of course. A family member or caregiver can ride along on most trips at no additional cost. Just mention it when you're booking so we can plan accordingly.

What is NEMT?
NEMT, short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, provides a safe and reliable way for people to reach medical appointments when they don't need an ambulance. Think dialysis sessions, routine doctor visits, discharge pickups, and ongoing follow-up care.
NEMT serves seniors who no longer drive, individuals with disabilities, and anyone whose health condition makes driving difficult or unsafe. Vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher-equipped transport for those who can't sit up, and standard cars with drivers trained in walking assistance.
For many riders, appointments follow a set rhythm — dialysis three times a week, physical therapy, cancer treatments, regular checkups. Others need a single ride after outpatient surgery or a hospital discharge. Either way, the goal is the same: getting people to the care they need so they can stay healthier and more independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. That means real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication between you and your driver from the moment you book.
More Than a Ride
When a family calls us, they're entrusting us with someone who matters deeply. We don't take that lightly. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one walks through their front door, everything we do is built around one promise: no one riding with us should ever have to worry about the ride.
