Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Reston, VA
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Reston was designed around lakes, village centers, and winding parkways instead of a city grid, which is part of what makes it beautiful — and part of what makes getting to medical care without a car so difficult. We provide professional, door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation across Reston and Fairfax County for dialysis sessions at U.S. Renal Care, hospital visits at Reston Hospital Center off Reston Parkway, specialty appointments at Inova Fair Oaks or Inova Fairfax, and the everyday rides that round out a full life — Sunday service at United Christian Parish, lunch at Reston Town Center, or a stop at Wegmans on the way home.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, walk you to the vehicle, and take a moment to make sure you're settled before heading out. When the appointment is finished, they're already there. It's the kind of attention you'd want for your own mother or father — patient, on time, and shaped by a simple truth: the person riding with us is the person you love most.
On-Time, Every Time

Testimonials
My discharge got delayed by two hours and they adjusted without any hassle. The driver waited patiently and helped me with my bags. That kind of flexibility means everything when you're already having a tough day.
– Patricia D.
Three times a week, every week, rain or shine. That's the schedule my husband needs for his treatments, and that's exactly what they deliver. Dependable is an understatement.
– Cynthia L.
I've been in a power wheelchair for years and most transport services make me feel like an inconvenience. Not these folks. The driver treated me with dignity and made sure my chair was positioned exactly how I wanted it.
– Antonio R.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Reach us at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on our site. For non-urgent trips we suggest at least 24 to 48 hours of lead time, but same-day rides are sometimes available depending on your address and the time of day.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For early-morning dialysis at U.S. Renal Care or appointments outside Reston at Inova Fair Oaks or Inova Fairfax, booking 24 to 48 hours ahead works best — Dulles Toll Road traffic at rush hour can add 20 to 30 minutes. For recurring rides, ask us about a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — just flag it during booking. Our wheelchair-accessible vans are fitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we handle manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. The right vehicle gets matched to your trip before the driver heads out.
Can a family member ride along?
Of course. A spouse, adult child, caregiver, or close friend is welcome to travel with you in most cases at no additional charge. Just let us know during booking so the driver can plan for an extra passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT is short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a purpose-built ride service for people who need a safe way to get to medical care without the cost or urgency of an ambulance.
The people who use it most are seniors who've handed in the car keys, adults with mobility limitations, and patients managing conditions that make driving risky. The vehicles match those needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps, stretcher transport, and standard cars with hands-on walking assistance.
A lot of NEMT trips fall into a weekly rhythm — dialysis on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, chemotherapy cycles, regular cardiology visits. Others happen just once, like a hospital discharge or a same-day surgery pickup. The goal stays the same: keep people connected to the care that keeps them healthy.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every trip we run is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that delivers real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication between rider and driver from booking straight through to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Every booking is really an act of trust — a family handing over the care of someone who matters deeply, whether that's a parent, a spouse, or a longtime neighbor. We carry that with us. Each phone call, each pickup, each quiet ride home is shaped by one idea: the trip itself should be the easy part of someone's day.
