Booking is easy — call us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button at the top of our website. For non-urgent trips, 24 to 48 hours of notice works best, but same-day rides are often possible depending on your Fairfax pickup address and the time of day.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We suggest 48 hours of advance booking for routine appointments. If your trip crosses I-66 or the Beltway during rush hour, or heads up to Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, build in extra buffer. Dialysis and recurring treatments can be locked in as a standing weekly schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
