How do I book a ride?
The fastest way is to call us at 877-369-5457, or you can tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this site. For non-urgent trips, we recommend reserving 24-48 hours ahead, though same-day rides are sometimes possible depending on where you are in the Trinity area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Because Trinity has no hospital of its own, most appointments are 25 to 60 miles away in Huntsville or Livingston — we suggest 24-48 hours notice. For specialty trips to the Texas Medical Center in Houston, please give us 72 hours to route around I-45 traffic. Dialysis riders can lock in a standing schedule.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just let us know during booking and we'll send the right vehicle. Our wheelchair-accessible vans are equipped with ramps and secure tie-downs, and they handle manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters without trouble.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — a family member, friend, or caregiver is welcome to ride along at no extra charge in most cases. Mention it when you book so the driver leaves room and is expecting them.
