Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in The Woodlands, TX
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
The Woodlands stretches across 28 square miles of nine residential villages, all knit together by forested parkways instead of a tidy street grid — and the hospitals are clustered on the far eastern edge along the I-45 corridor. A morning run from Sterling Ridge or Creekside Park to Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is a real drive, and a follow-up at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital often means navigating Woodlands Parkway during the school rush. We provide professional, door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation across The Woodlands and Montgomery County for dialysis sessions, hospital visits, surgical pickups, and the everyday rides that keep retirement moving.
Every ride starts with a knock at your door, never a horn from the driveway. Your driver greets you, walks you to the van, and gets you settled before we ever roll out of the village. When the appointment ends, we're already in the lot waiting. That's the standard we'd hold for our own parents — patient, on time, and built around the trust a family places in whoever picks up the keys.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The fastest path is a phone call to 877-369-5457, or you can tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this page. For non-urgent trips we ask for 24-48 hours of notice, though same-day rides are sometimes possible depending on what we already have running through the village.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine appointments around The Woodlands or the I-45 medical campuses, 24-48 hours of notice is usually plenty. Trips down to the Texas Medical Center need extra lead time so we can route around I-45 commuter traffic. Standing weekly slots work for dialysis and repeating treatments.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just flag the wheelchair when you book and we'll dispatch an accessible van with a ramp and full tie-down system. Manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters are all welcome, and we confirm the right vehicle for your equipment before the driver heads your direction.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Of course. A family member or caregiver is welcome along at no additional cost in most cases. Just mention it at booking so the driver leaves a seat open and is expecting a second passenger from the doorstep.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — usually just NEMT — is a hands-on ride service for people who need to reach medical care safely but don't require an ambulance. The work isn't measured in speed, but in a calm trip with help on both ends.
The riders who depend on it are mostly seniors who've handed off the car keys, adults living with a disability, and anyone whose health makes driving unsafe. The vehicle matches the person — accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for patients who must stay flat, or standard vans with walking-assistance drivers.
Many trips run on a fixed calendar — dialysis three days a week, weekly therapy, monthly infusions — while others happen once and matter just as much, like an outpatient pickup. The aim never shifts: keep the ride from blocking the treatment.
Powered by Modern Technology
Behind every Woodlands pickup, our service runs through Duet, a leading NEMT software platform — pairing live van tracking, dependable scheduling, and a direct line to your driver from the booking call straight through drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Every reservation is somebody's mom, dad, or closest friend stepping into our van — and we treat that the way we'd want a stranger to treat ours. From the booking call through the goodbye at the door, our work circles one promise: the family waiting at home should never doubt the ride they trusted us with.
