Call us at 877-369-5457, or click the "Book a Ride" button on our website to start a reservation online. We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for non-urgent trips, though same-day pickups can sometimes be arranged depending on where in Spring Branch you live.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine visits, 24-48 hours of notice works well. For early-morning appointments in Stone Oak or the San Antonio Medical Center, plan on 48-72 hours since US-281 commute traffic adds time. For recurring rides like dialysis, we set up a standing schedule so you never have to rebook.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just tell us when you book your ride. Our vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we can accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. The right vehicle will be assigned to your trip from the start.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
