Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Memorial, TX
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Memorial's healthcare facilities stretch along the I-10 corridor and cluster near the Gessner Road and Beltway 8 interchange, but getting to them on time isn't always simple — especially when Katy Freeway traffic turns a fifteen-minute drive into forty-five. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Memorial and Harris County, serving riders heading to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, Houston Methodist West Hospital, DaVita Memorial Dialysis Center, and specialty appointments at the Texas Medical Center. Whether it's a recurring dialysis session, a follow-up with a specialist, or a ride to church along Memorial Drive, we handle the transportation so you can focus on what matters most.
Every ride begins and ends at your front door. Our drivers greet you, walk with you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before heading out. At your destination, they walk you from the vehicle to the entrance. It's attentive, personal care — the kind you'd arrange for your own parent — because the person riding with us is someone's whole world.

Testimonials
I've used them twice now for post-surgery rides home. Both times the driver was on time, polite, and careful. The vehicles are always clean and well-maintained. Reliable service every time.
– Christopher M.
Weekly physical therapy appointments for my knee recovery. The driver knows my schedule now and always has the seat adjusted for me before I get in. That kind of personal attention is special.
– Harold G.
The wheelchair ramp was wide and steady. The driver guided me in straight, locked everything down, and even put a cushion behind my back for the ride. Small gestures that show genuine care.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The easiest way is to call us directly at 877-369-5457, or you can hit the "Book a Ride" button on our site. We suggest 24-48 hours of advance notice for non-urgent trips, though same-day availability depends on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We recommend at least 24 hours of lead time, and a bit more for trips to the Texas Medical Center since Katy Freeway congestion during rush hours can stretch drive times. Dialysis and other recurring appointments can be set on a standing schedule so you're covered every week without rebooking.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. We have wheelchair-accessible vans fitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems designed for manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. Tell us about your needs when you book and we'll match you with the right vehicle.
Can a family member ride along?
Absolutely. We welcome a family member or caregiver to come along on the ride, and there's typically no additional charge. Just note it when booking so your driver can plan accordingly.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, or NEMT, is a professional ride service designed for people who need reliable help getting to medical appointments but aren't facing an emergency that calls for an ambulance. It fills a gap that regular rideshare services can't.
The riders who count on NEMT are typically seniors who no longer drive, people living with disabilities, and those managing chronic health conditions. Vehicles match each rider's needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps, stretcher transport, and standard cars with trained drivers who offer walking support.
Most NEMT trips happen on a regular schedule — dialysis appointments three times a week, radiation treatments, physical therapy, routine checkups. Some are one-time rides after outpatient surgery or a hospital stay. Either way, it all comes down to one thing: keeping people connected to the care that keeps them well.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every Memorial ride is powered by Duet, a trusted NEMT software platform. You get real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and seamless communication with your driver from the moment you book.
More Than a Ride
Behind every ride is a family trusting us with someone irreplaceable. That shapes everything we do. From the phone call to the front door, we hold ourselves to one standard: the person in our care should feel safe and looked after, and the family who booked the ride should never have a moment of doubt.
