We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
A day or two of lead time works best, with 48 hours preferred for early morning rides when US-290 traffic peaks. Rush hour on the Northwest Freeway can double the drive to Willowbrook and Cypress facilities. For recurring appointments, we'll lock in a weekly schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
