Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
At least 24 hours ahead is ideal, especially for trips into Houston or the Texas Medical Center where I-10 congestion can add 30-45 minutes during rush hour. For recurring needs like dialysis, we set up a standing schedule so your rides are covered automatically.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
They do. Just mention it when you book and we'll assign the right vehicle — our wheelchair-accessible vans come equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters.
