You can reach us at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button right on this page. Booking a day or two in advance gives us the best chance to match you with the right vehicle, but same-day availability may be an option depending on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Most medical facilities are in Texas City or Galveston, about 10 to 20 miles from Hitchcock, so we recommend at least 24 hours of notice. Early morning dialysis and weekend rides near I-45 may need extra lead time due to beach traffic. For recurring appointments, we'll lock in a standing weekly schedule.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
