Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Galveston County, TX
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Galveston County stretches from the island to the mainland and all the way up to League City, with healthcare spread across the entire corridor. Getting to UTMB Health on Galveston Island, a dialysis session at DaVita Mainland Dialysis in Texas City, or a specialist at HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland means navigating the I-45 causeway, rush-hour congestion near the Texas City Y, and distances that can run 45 minutes or more between communities. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Galveston County for dialysis appointments, hospital visits, specialist care, and the everyday rides that keep life moving — like church on Sunday or lunch with a friend in Dickinson.
Every ride starts at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before pulling out of the driveway. When your appointment wraps up, they're waiting. It's the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — attentive, on time, and built on the understanding that the person riding with us is the person you love most.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.

My wife had knee surgery and I couldn't take time off work to pick her up. They handled everything perfectly. She said the driver was gentle, patient, and the ride was very comfortable.

My mother-in-law uses them for weekly podiatry visits. She's 87 and moves slowly, and the drivers always give her all the time she needs. No impatience, ever. That patience is golden.
– Glenn D.
I was worried about getting my wheelchair through the narrow doorway of my apartment building. The driver helped navigate every tight corner without scratching a wall or my chair. Real skill.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Reach us directly at 877-369-5457 or hit the "Book a Ride" button on any page of our website. We suggest reserving a day or two in advance for non-urgent trips, but same-day rides are sometimes available depending on your pickup area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
A day or two of notice is ideal. If you have regular appointments like dialysis, we can build a recurring schedule so every ride is already confirmed. The I-45 causeway can slow island-to-mainland trips, so planning ahead helps. Same-day service may still be an option.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely — just let us know when you schedule your ride. Our fleet includes vans built for wheelchair access, fitted with ramps and locking tie-down systems for manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. We match the right vehicle to your needs so everything is set before we pull up.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — a companion is welcome on every ride at no additional cost in most situations. Mention it at booking time so we can make sure the vehicle has enough space and your driver knows to expect an extra passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a professional ride service built for people who require reliable help getting to and from medical care but have no need for an ambulance. Think dialysis appointments, specialist visits, post-hospital pickups, and ongoing treatment plans.
The service exists for seniors who no longer drive, individuals living with mobility challenges, and anyone whose health makes operating a vehicle unsafe. Our fleet ranges from wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with ramps and secure tie-downs to stretcher vehicles and sedans staffed by drivers trained to offer hands-on walking support.
Most riders depend on NEMT for recurring appointments — dialysis three times a week, radiation therapy, physical rehab, routine check-ups — plus one-time needs like surgical discharges and hospital transfers. At its core, the service keeps people connected to the healthcare that helps them live more independently.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. With Duet, you get real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication between you and your driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a family reaches out to us, they're trusting us with someone irreplaceable. From that very first conversation through the moment your loved one walks back through the door, every step we take is guided by a single commitment: neither the rider nor the family back home should ever feel uncertain about the journey.
