The simplest way is a quick phone call at 877-369-5457, or tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on our website. For non-urgent appointments, we suggest reserving 24 to 48 hours out — and depending on your location, same-day rides may also be possible.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Cut and Shoot has no in-town medical facilities, so every trip is at least 15 to 20 minutes into Conroe and often 45+ minutes to The Woodlands or Houston. We suggest 48 hours' notice for trips outside Montgomery County, plus extra buffer for early-morning appointments because of TX-105 commuter traffic.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
