Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Book a day or two ahead for trips to Texas City or League City facilities. For recurring dialysis, we lock in a standing schedule. Specialty visits at Houston's Texas Medical Center benefit from 48-hour notice due to I-45 congestion.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely. Let us know when you schedule your ride and we'll send a van fitted with a ramp and a secure tie-down setup. We accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters, and every driver is trained to assist with boarding and exiting.
