Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Angleton, TX
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Angleton is a small city with big healthcare needs. As the Brazoria County seat, it's home to UTMB Health Angleton Danbury Hospital Campus on East Hospital Drive, along with dialysis centers and senior care facilities that residents depend on daily. But when specialty care means a 50-mile drive up Highway 288 to the Houston Medical Center or a trip southeast to UTMB Health in Galveston, getting there safely and on time becomes a real challenge. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Angleton and Brazoria County for dialysis sessions, hospital visits, specialist appointments, and the everyday rides that keep life moving — like church on Sunday or a visit with family in Pearland.
Every ride starts at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before we head out. When your appointment wraps up, they're there waiting. It's attentive, personal service — the kind of care you'd want for your own parent — because the person riding with us is the person you love most.

Testimonials
I had outpatient knee surgery and was on crutches. The driver helped me into the vehicle, adjusted the seat, and made sure my leg was elevated. That level of thought makes all the difference.
– Steven K.
Four months of three-times-a-week rides and counting. The billing is straightforward, the drivers are excellent, and the scheduling never overlaps or conflicts. They run a tight operation.
– Carl R.
My wheelchair has a tall headrest that hits the ceiling in most vans. Their vehicles have enough clearance that I can ride comfortably without hunching forward. Finally, a service that understands different chair sizes.
– Mabel J.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Give us a call at 877-369-5457 or tap "Book a Ride" on our website to get started. We suggest booking a day or two ahead for non-urgent visits so we can line up the right vehicle for you. Same-day rides may be available depending on your area and our current schedule.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For local appointments, a day or two of notice is ideal. Trips to Lake Jackson, Pearland, or the Houston Medical Center — especially via Highway 288 during rush hour — benefit from at least 24 hours of lead time. Dialysis patients can set up a standing schedule so every ride is automatic.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely. Just mention it when you're booking and we'll make sure a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp and tie-down system is ready for your ride. We handle manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters — our drivers are trained in safe securement for all of them.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no extra cost in most cases. Just let us know when you book so we can make sure the driver and vehicle are ready for an additional passenger.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, or NEMT, gives people a safe and reliable way to reach medical appointments when they don't need an ambulance but can't get there on their own.
It's built for seniors who no longer drive, people living with disabilities, and anyone dealing with a health condition that makes travel difficult. NEMT vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-downs, stretcher transport for those who need to lie flat, and standard cars with drivers who provide hands-on walking support.
The rides people use most often are the recurring ones — dialysis three times a week, radiation cycles, physical therapy, regular check-ups. NEMT also covers one-time needs like getting home after outpatient surgery or a hospital stay. At its heart, the service exists to remove the transportation barrier between people and the healthcare that keeps them well.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every Angleton ride is powered by Duet, a trusted NEMT software platform. You get real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication with your driver throughout the trip.
More Than a Ride
Every ride we handle carries real weight — a family is trusting us with the person who matters most to them. Our drivers show up with patience, warmth, and the kind of attention you'd give your own parent. From booking to drop-off, everything we do revolves around one promise: the ride should never be a worry.
