Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Potomac, MD
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Potomac is a low-density community of large homes tucked between River Road and Falls Road, and almost none of its major healthcare sits within town. Most trips head south down Seven Locks Road to Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, north to Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, or east across the Capital Beltway to Holy Cross Hospital and the NIH Clinical Center. Public transit barely reaches these neighborhoods, which leaves older residents with no easy way to get to care. We provide door-to-door medical transportation across Potomac and Montgomery County for dialysis, specialist appointments, hospital visits, and everyday rides.
Every trip begins at your own front door. A driver walks up the drive, greets you by name, helps you into the vehicle, and makes sure you're settled before we pull out. When your appointment wraps, we're already there — not circling behind a Beltway backup. It's the kind of ride we'd book for our own parents, and the only way we treat the person who matters most to you.

Testimonials
I was worried about transport after my back surgery since I couldn't sit normally. The driver reclined the seat for me and drove so carefully I barely felt the road. Impressive attention to detail.
– Richard C.
Regular rides to my podiatrist and cardiologist. I used to cancel appointments because I had no way to get there. Now I never miss one. This service has genuinely improved my health.
– Eugene M.
My wheelchair has custom supports that make tie-downs tricky. The driver figured it out quickly and made sure everything was secure without damaging any of my equipment. Impressed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The fastest option is a phone call to 877-369-5457, or tap the "Book a Ride" button at the top of this page. On non-urgent trips we ask for 24 to 48 hours of notice, though same-day rides around Potomac are often possible when a vehicle is free in the area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Because most Potomac medical trips run to Bethesda, Rockville, or a DC-area hospital, we recommend 24 to 48 hours of notice on non-urgent appointments. Early-morning dialysis runs and post-discharge pickups should allow extra time — the Capital Beltway can add 20 to 40 minutes of rush-hour delay in either direction.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you book and we'll assign one. Our accessible vans are fitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we handle manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters without a problem. The right vehicle is matched to your trip automatically on our end.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — in most cases there's no extra charge for a loved one or caregiver to ride along. Just note the second passenger at booking so the driver has a seat ready and knows to expect the two of you.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, and it lives in the gap between a car you can't drive and an ambulance you don't need. The service exists to get people to medical care safely when ordinary options fall short.
Most riders are retirees who've given up the driver's seat, adults living with disabilities, and people managing conditions that make driving unsafe. Vehicles are matched to the rider — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher-equipped transport for those who must lie flat, and standard cars with drivers trained in walking assistance.
Plenty of NEMT trips repeat on a rider's calendar — dialysis three mornings a week, weekly infusion therapy, standing physical therapy — while others happen once, like a post-surgery pickup. Either way, the goal holds: the ride is never what stands between a person and their care.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our network runs on Duet (https://www.duetinc.com/), a leading NEMT software platform built for live GPS tracking, dependable pickup windows, and steady two-way communication between the rider, the family, and the driver.
More Than a Ride
Every ride carries someone's mother, someone's husband, someone's oldest friend — and the family that called us is handing over the person who matters most to them. We carry that responsibility through every mile, from the first phone call to the moment the front door closes behind them. Nothing about it feels routine to us.
