Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in College Park, MD
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
College Park sits right along US-1 in the heart of Prince George's County, with the University of Maryland campus on one side and a steady senior population settled in long-established neighborhoods like Calvert Hills, Hollywood, and Berwyn on the other. For riders who can't drive themselves, that geography creates a real problem — almost every medical appointment requires a trip to Hyattsville, Laurel, Silver Spring, or across the Capital Beltway. We provide professional, door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation across College Park and Prince George's County for dialysis sessions, specialist visits, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep life moving.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers meet you there, walk you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before we set off. When your visit is finished, we're already outside waiting. That's the kind of care we'd arrange for our own parents — steady, attentive, and grounded in the trust families place in us when they hand off the person who matters most.

My mother-in-law uses them for weekly podiatry visits. She's 87 and moves slowly, and the drivers always give her all the time she needs. No impatience, ever. That patience is golden.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button near the top of the page. We recommend 24-48 hours of lead time for non-urgent trips, but same-day rides are often possible depending on vehicle availability in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For routine trips, 24-48 hours of notice is the sweet spot. Rides that cross the Capital Beltway or head into D.C. or Baltimore benefit from a full 48 hours, especially during rush hour or University of Maryland event weekends. For recurring appointments, we'll set a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. Let us know at the time of booking. Our vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we can accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters. We'll match the right vehicle to your ride.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — a family member or caregiver is welcome to come with you at no additional cost in most cases. Please mention it when you book so the driver knows to save a seat.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a scheduled ride service for people who need to reach a medical appointment safely but aren't facing an emergency that calls for an ambulance. Dialysis and hospital discharges are typical trips.
The people who count on NEMT are usually seniors who've stopped driving, adults living with a disability, and anyone managing a health condition that makes driving unsafe. The vehicles are built for the job — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transports, and sedans staffed by drivers trained to offer a steady arm.
Most rides fall into two categories: standing appointments like dialysis, chemotherapy, or rehab, and one-time trips after outpatient surgery or a hospital stay. In both cases the goal is the same — get people to the care they need so they can keep living at home.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every College Park ride runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that powers live vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication between rider and driver from the moment you book until you're safely home.
More Than a Ride
A call to us is really a handoff — a family placing the person they love most into our hands. We don't take that lightly. From booking to the moment your loved one is back inside their College Park home, our job is to make sure nobody in the vehicle, and nobody waiting, has to worry about the ride.
