Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine trips, 24 to 48 hours of lead time is ideal. Beltway and Wisconsin Avenue rush-hour congestion can add 20 to 40 minutes, and rides to Walter Reed or the NIH Clinical Center need an extra 15 to 20 minutes for security checkpoints. Same-day rides may be available.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
