Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Milton, MA
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Milton is a leafy Boston suburb with winding, hilly streets and an older population that relies heavily on healthcare close to home — and just as often, on the world-class hospitals a few miles up I-93. We handle both. From regular visits to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton on Highland Street to dialysis sessions at Fresenius Medical Care at Milton Hospital to specialty appointments at Longwood Medical Area or Mass General, we provide door-to-door rides across Milton and Norfolk County. That includes dialysis, hospital transfers, doctor appointments, and the everyday rides that keep life going — church, the senior center, a visit with the grandchildren.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, walk with you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before we head out. When your appointment wraps up, we're there waiting. It's the same attentive care we'd want for our own parents — steady, punctual, and grounded in the understanding that the person riding with us is the person you love most.

My wheelchair has oxygen tank holders and the driver made sure both the chair and the oxygen were properly secured. He even checked the tank level before we left. Goes above and beyond every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button on this site. We recommend scheduling non-urgent trips 24-48 hours ahead, though same-day rides are sometimes available depending on where you live and what's on the road.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For routine appointments, a day or two of notice is ideal. Recurring needs like dialysis get a standing schedule so you never have to rebook. Rides into Boston — or any trip on I-93 during rush hour — benefit from earlier booking so we can build in extra travel time.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — just mention it when you book. Our vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans fitted with ramps and four-point tie-down systems, and we handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. We'll make sure the right vehicle is assigned to your trip.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — in most cases a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no additional charge. Let us know at booking so the driver knows to expect a second passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a professional ride service for people who need a safe way to reach a medical appointment but aren't facing the kind of emergency that calls for an ambulance.
Riders are usually seniors who no longer drive, adults living with disabilities, and people managing chronic conditions that make driving unsafe. The vehicles match the need: wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher units for patients who can't sit up, and standard cars with drivers trained to walk you in and out.
A large share of NEMT trips are recurring — dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, regular bloodwork — alongside one-time rides for outpatient procedures and hospital discharges. The goal is simple: remove the transportation obstacle so people can stay on top of their care.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we run is booked and dispatched through Duet, a leading NEMT software platform — giving you live vehicle tracking, a reliable schedule, and open communication with your driver from pickup to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a family calls us, they're handing over the care of someone they love — a parent, a spouse, a lifelong friend. We don't take that lightly. Every ride we run is built around one promise: nobody riding with us, and nobody waiting at home, should ever have to worry about the trip.
