The fastest way is to call us at 877-369-5457 or click the "Book a Ride" button on this page. For non-urgent trips, booking a day or two ahead is ideal, but same-day rides are often possible depending on where you live and vehicle availability.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Because Medway's hospital network sits outside town — Milford, Framingham, Needham, and Boston — we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for non-urgent trips, especially dialysis and recurring appointments. That lead time lets us route around I-495 and Route 109 rush hour. Same-day rides may also work.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
