The easiest way to book is to call 877-369-5457, or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. For non-urgent trips, reserving 24 to 48 hours ahead works best, though same-day rides may be possible depending on driver availability around the west side of Indianapolis.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Most Speedway appointments require crossing into downtown or north-side Indianapolis, so please book 24 to 48 hours ahead. During Indy 500 race week in May, give us 3 to 5 days of notice — race traffic on West 16th Street and I-465 can add significant time.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
