Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Northeast Indianapolis, IN
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Northeast Indianapolis covers more than 60 square miles of established neighborhoods stretching from Meridian-Kessler and Broad Ripple up through Castleton, Nora, and the Geist area. The medical anchor for most of our riders is Community Hospital North on Clearvista Parkway, with Ascension St. Vincent Hospital on the west edge of the area and a steady mix of dialysis clinics and senior living communities scattered along 82nd Street and the Allisonville Road corridor. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation throughout the northeast side of Indianapolis and Marion County for dialysis sessions, specialist appointments, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep life going.
Every ride starts at your front door. Our drivers walk up, greet you, help you into the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before we pull away. When your appointment wraps up, we're already waiting at the entrance. It's the kind of care we'd arrange for our own parents, and the only way we know how to look after the person you love most.

Testimonials
I had outpatient surgery and wasn't allowed to drive myself home. The ride was smooth, the driver was professional, and I felt completely safe. Exactly what I needed.
– Kevin W.
My mom has standing appointments every Monday and Thursday. In four months they've never been late. She actually looks forward to the rides because the drivers are so friendly.
– Peter S.
My mother's wheelchair barely fit in the last transport service we tried. This company had the right vehicle from day one. The ramp was smooth, the space was ample, and the driver was skilled with the tie-downs.
– Frances W.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking only takes a minute. Reach us at 463-210-1401 or hit the "Book a Ride" button on the site to lock in your pickup. For non-urgent trips, we suggest reserving 24 to 48 hours in advance, though same-day rides are sometimes possible if a driver is nearby.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead works best, especially for early-morning dialysis runs across Northeast Indianapolis, where pickups span gated subdivisions from Castleton to Geist to Nora. For recurring treatments at Community Hospital North or at Fresenius and DaVita dialysis centers, a standing weekly schedule locks in every trip.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you book and we'll dispatch the right vehicle. Our wheelchair vans carry secure ramps and tie-down systems, and they fit manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters without any trouble. Nothing extra is required from your end — just say what you use and we'll match it.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
In most cases, yes — a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no extra charge. Let us know when you reserve the trip so your driver is expecting a second rider, and we'll plan space accordingly.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a professional ride service for people who need a safe way to get to medical care without an ambulance. Common trips include dialysis sessions, cardiology follow-ups, and hospital discharges.
The riders who count on it are usually older adults who've stopped driving, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose condition makes getting behind the wheel risky. NEMT vehicles range from wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs to stretcher transport and standard cars with hands-on walking help.
Many rides repeat on a set rhythm — kidney dialysis three times a week, chemotherapy cycles, weekly physical therapy. Others are single trips after outpatient surgery. The goal stays the same: keeping people connected to the care that lets them stay healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our rides run on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that gives Northeast Indianapolis riders live vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct contact with their driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
A ride with us is rarely just a ride. It's a daughter handing us her father's afternoon, a husband trusting us with his wife's dialysis, a son out of state counting on us to get mom home safely. From the first call to the front door, no one in our care should ever wonder if the ride is coming.
