Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Franklin, IN
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Franklin is one of the few small Indiana cities with its own full-service hospital, and that shapes how people here get to care. Many residents reach Johnson Memorial Health on West Jefferson Street and the nearby dialysis centers without leaving town, but specialty appointments still mean a trip north on I-65 to Indianapolis. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Franklin and Johnson County for dialysis sessions, hospital visits, doctor appointments, and the everyday rides that keep life moving — whether that's the Franklin Active Adult Center, church, or the grocery store.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before we pull away. When your appointment wraps up, we're already there waiting. It's the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — patient, on time, and grounded in the understanding that the person riding with us is the person you love most.

Testimonials
The driver arrived ten minutes early and was waiting with a smile. After four days in the hospital, that kind of reliability felt like a gift. Clean van, smooth ride, friendly service.
– Joseph H.
I coordinate rides for my father from three time zones away. The online booking is straightforward, and I get text confirmations for every pickup and dropoff. Technology and compassion working together.
– Albert S.
Getting from my house to the vehicle used to be the worst part. The driver pushed my chair over the bumpy sidewalk carefully and even noticed a crack I usually struggle with. That awareness matters.
– Hazel D.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking is simple — give us a call at 877-369-5457, or use the "Book a Ride" button on this website. For non-urgent trips, 24-48 hours of notice works best, though same-day rides are sometimes available depending on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
A day or two of notice is ideal for routine appointments, and recurring needs like dialysis can be set on a standing schedule. Many Franklin trips are short, but for specialty care up I-65 in Indianapolis, booking a little earlier helps.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — just tell us when you book. Part of our fleet is wheelchair-accessible vans fitted with ramps and secure tie-downs, able to accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. The right vehicle gets matched to your trip.
Can a family member ride along?
Of course — in most cases a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no extra charge. Mention it during booking, and we'll make sure your driver has room set aside for them.

What is NEMT?
NEMT is short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It's a professional ride service for people who need a safe, dependable way to reach their medical appointments but aren't facing an emergency that calls for an ambulance.
NEMT riders are usually seniors who no longer drive, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose health makes driving difficult. The vehicles match those needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for patients who can't sit upright, and standard cars with drivers trained in hands-on walking assistance.
Some NEMT rides follow a steady rhythm — dialysis several times a week, cancer treatment, physical therapy, regular checkups. A discharge from the hospital or a trip home after outpatient surgery, by contrast, may come up only once. Either way, the purpose holds: keeping people connected to the care that protects their health and independence.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. That means real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication between you and your driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Booking a ride with us is a decision about someone's care — a parent, a spouse, a close friend — and we don't take that lightly. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one is home and settled, everything we do is built so no one, rider or family, ever has to worry about the ride.
