Booking takes one phone call to 877-369-5457, or you can use the "Book a Ride" button on this page. We prefer 24 to 48 hours of advance notice for non-urgent appointments, but if a van is already running through Center Grove or Greenwood we can often work in same-day pickups.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Plan on at least 24 hours of lead time for routine trips, with extra buffer for downtown Indianapolis appointments since I-65 near I-465 and SR-135 stack up at rush hour. Winter ice is another reason for more notice. Dialysis riders can lock in a standing order.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
