The easiest way is to call 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button online. We suggest giving us a day or two of notice for routine trips, but we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when scheduling allows.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two of notice works well for most appointments. If you have regular trips like dialysis, we can build a recurring schedule so you don't rebook each time. Heading to a specialist in Orlando? Allow 45-55 minutes and book early during snowbird season.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you schedule and we'll assign a vehicle that fits your needs. Our fleet includes vans equipped with ramps and four-point securement systems built for manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters alike.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
