Call 877-369-5457 to book by phone, or use the "Book a Ride" button on this page to reserve online. We ask for 24 to 48 hours of lead time on non-urgent visits, but same-day rides are often workable when a southside van is already open.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For routine appointments, 24 hours of notice is the sweet spot. Push that to 48 hours when the trip crosses the St. Johns River or heads out to Mayo Clinic on San Pablo Road, since I-95 and the Fuller Warren can stretch a 25-minute ride to 50 at rush hour.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. Mark the wheelchair on the reservation and we'll send an accessible van to your address. The vans carry a properly rated ramp and securement straps that handle manual chairs, power chairs, and most scooters. Tell us your chair type at booking so the right equipment is on the vehicle.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — a spouse, adult child, caregiver, or close friend is welcome to come along, and there's typically no additional charge for the second seat. Just note the extra passenger on the reservation so the driver expects two riders at pickup and the cabin is set up properly.
