Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking 24-48 hours ahead works best for most appointments. Cross-river trips into Jacksonville for specialty care at Baptist Health, UF Health, or the Mayo Clinic benefit from extra notice so we can plan around Buckman Bridge traffic. For dialysis and other recurring needs, we set up a standing schedule once and you're covered.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it at booking and we'll handle the rest. Our wheelchair-accessible vehicles include ramps and secured tie-down systems, and they accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. The right van will be matched to your ride before pickup.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
