Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Neptune Beach, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Neptune Beach covers barely two square miles, but every hospital, infusion suite, and major specialty clinic our residents need sits somewhere else — usually past the Intracoastal or down toward San Pablo Road. We provide door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation for the people who call this stretch of coast home, whether your appointment is a quick drop at the Baptist AgeWell Center on Florida Boulevard, a longer pull to Mayo Clinic Florida, an inpatient day at Baptist Medical Center Beaches, or a recurring dialysis chair at Fresenius Kidney Care Jax Beach. Our drivers know the Penman Road shortcut, the bridge timing, and the way summer beach traffic stacks up on Atlantic and Beach.
We start at your door and end at theirs. A driver greets you, walks you out, makes sure you're comfortable in the seat, and loads any equipment you need. When the visit is over, we're already pulled up and waiting at the entrance. That's the level of care you'd want for your own grandparent — unhurried, attentive, and run by people who understand that the rider belongs to a family that loves them.

Testimonials
I've been discharged from hospitals three times this year and used this service each time. Consistently excellent — always on time, always professional, always a clean vehicle.
– Andrew N.
I manage care for both my parents. He goes to cardiology weekly, she goes to rheumatology biweekly. They handle both schedules flawlessly. I couldn't do this without them.
– Wayne T.
I use a scooter, not a traditional wheelchair, and some services won't accommodate it. These folks had no problem at all. Ramp was perfect for my scooter and the driver knew how to secure it properly.
– Lillian R.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Two easy options — call us at 877-369-5457 to talk to a person, or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website to reserve online. Most non-urgent rides should be booked a day or two ahead, though we can often fit in same-day requests when a vehicle is open in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A 24 to 48 hour heads-up is best for routine appointments. Pickups in Neptune Beach often involve a long inland trip to Mayo Clinic, Baptist downtown, or UF Health, so give us extra notice for early-morning dialysis or surgery, and during summer weekends when beach traffic backs up the bridges across the Intracoastal.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Note it on the booking and the right van gets dispatched to you. Our wheelchair-accessible vehicles come fitted with ramps and proper securement straps, and they handle manual chairs, power chairs, and most scooters. Our dispatcher confirms the equipment with you before your driver is on the way.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along, and in most cases there's no additional fee for the second passenger. Mention them at booking so we can plan space and let the driver know who to expect.

What is NEMT?
NEMT is short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, and it covers the rides that get people to and from medical care when an ambulance isn't called for but driving themselves isn't realistic either.
Riders are usually older adults who no longer drive, people living with a long-term disability, or anyone whose condition makes the trip behind the wheel risky. Vehicles are matched to the situation — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for patients who can't sit upright, and standard cars staffed by drivers trained to help you in and out.
The bulk of what we run is recurring care — kidney dialysis sessions, oncology infusions, cardiac follow-ups, post-stroke physical therapy — paired with one-off rides home from outpatient surgery and hospital discharges. The point of all of it is to keep the appointment from becoming a barrier, so people stay healthier and hold on to their independence longer.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every trip we run is coordinated through Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that gives us live tracking, dependable scheduling, and clean communication between rider, driver, and family.
More Than a Ride
Booking a ride with us is really a handoff of trust — a parent, a partner, a longtime friend stepping into our vehicle for the next hour or two. We treat every ride that way. From the first call until the front door clicks shut behind your loved one, the family back home never has to wonder how the trip is going.
