Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in MetroWest, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
MetroWest is a master-planned community tucked between Kirkman Road and the SR-408 East-West Expressway, and most of the people we drive here live behind a gate or inside a quiet condo neighborhood. That layout is part of what makes door-to-door service essential. We provide professional medical transportation throughout MetroWest and Orange County for residents heading to Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital just south on Sand Lake Road, dialysis sessions at DaVita Metrowest Dialysis or Caring Heart Metro West Dialysis Center, AdventHealth Orlando across town, and the everyday stops that keep life moving — Veranda Park, the pharmacy, Sunday service, a grandchild's recital.
Every trip starts at your front door, not the curb outside the gate. Our drivers know how to handle gate codes and condo lobbies, and they walk you to the vehicle, get you settled, and stay with you until you're inside the facility. When your appointment ends, we're already there. It's the kind of attention you'd want for the person who raised you.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.
Trained, Compassionate Drivers

Testimonials
Discharge day is stressful enough without transportation headaches. They eliminated that worry completely. On time, professional, compassionate. Everything a medical transport service should be.
– Susan R.
My mom has Alzheimer's and needs someone she can trust for her thrice-weekly rides. The drivers are gentle and patient with her confusion. They treat her with dignity every single time.
– Donna A.
I was nervous about the ramp in the rain, but the driver had it covered. He laid down a non-slip mat and guided me in carefully. No drama, no slipping, just professional service in any weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking takes a minute. Call us at 877-369-5457 or click the "Book a Ride" button right here on the site, and we'll lock in your pickup. We recommend reserving 24 to 48 hours ahead for non-urgent trips, though same-day rides are sometimes possible based on driver availability in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead is the sweet spot, especially for early-morning dialysis runs through MetroWest's gated subdivisions, where Kirkman Road traffic and gate access can add minutes. For recurring treatments, a standing weekly schedule works best, and same-day rides are accommodated when a driver is nearby.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Tell us at booking and we'll send the right vehicle. Our wheelchair-accessible vans are outfitted with ramps and proper tie-down systems, and they handle manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. There's no extra step on your end — just let us know what you use.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes, in most cases a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no added cost. Just give us a heads-up when you book so the driver knows to expect a second passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a ride service for people who need a safe way to reach medical care but don't need an ambulance. The trip might be a checkup, a discharge home, or a recurring treatment.
The riders who depend on it are usually older adults, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose health or mobility makes driving unsafe. To meet those needs, NEMT vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for those who can't sit up, and standard cars with hands-on walking help.
Some rides repeat on a schedule — kidney dialysis a few times a week, chemotherapy cycles, weekly therapy. Others are one-off trips like a pickup after outpatient surgery or a hospital discharge. The point is the same either way: keeping people connected to the care that lets them stay healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our rides run on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that gives MetroWest riders live vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct contact with their driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
A ride with us is rarely just a ride. It's a daughter trusting us with her father, a husband with his wife, a friend with someone who matters. We hold that responsibility close — and from the first phone call to the last step inside the front door, our promise is simple. No one in our care should ever wonder if the ride is coming.
