Give us a call at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website to get started. For non-urgent trips, a day or two of advance notice works best, though we can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two of lead time works best. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll lock in a standing schedule. AdventHealth Waterman is about 5-10 minutes from Eustis, while Orlando specialists run 45-55 minutes — plan ahead during snowbird season on US-441. Same-day rides may be available.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just mention it when you book. We have wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we accommodate manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. We'll assign the right vehicle for your ride.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
