Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Dundee, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Dundee is a small town with a big need for reliable medical transportation. With no hospital inside the city limits, residents travel to AdventHealth Heart of Florida in Davenport, AdventHealth Lake Wales, or HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital for virtually every hospital visit, specialist appointment, and surgical procedure. The US-27 corridor connects Dundee to most of these facilities, but heavy traffic — especially near the I-4 interchange during tourist season — means a 15-minute drive can quickly stretch longer. We provide safe, door-to-door rides across Polk County for dialysis, specialist visits, hospital trips, and everyday errands so you can focus on your health instead of the road.
Every ride starts at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable and settled before heading out. At your destination, they walk you inside and stay until you're ready. When you're done, they're waiting. It's the kind of care we'd want for our own families — reliable, attentive, and built around the understanding that you're trusting us with someone you love.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.
Trained, Compassionate Drivers

My wheelchair has oxygen tank holders and the driver made sure both the chair and the oxygen were properly secured. He even checked the tank level before we left. Goes above and beyond every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
You can book by clicking the "Book a Ride" button on our website or calling us at 877-369-5457. For non-urgent appointments, booking a day or two ahead helps us assign a driver in the Dundee area, but same-day rides may be available depending on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for morning appointments at AdventHealth Heart of Florida or AdventHealth Lake Wales. The US-27 corridor gets congested during tourist season, so extra lead time helps. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so you're covered each week.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just mention it when you book and we'll assign the right vehicle. Our wheelchair-accessible vans come equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems built for manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes, a family member or caregiver is welcome to ride along at no additional cost on most rides. Let us know when you book so your driver can plan for the extra passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT, or Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, provides safe rides for people who need to get to medical appointments but don't require an ambulance. It fills the gap when driving yourself isn't an option.
The service is built for seniors, people living with disabilities, and anyone managing a health condition that makes driving difficult. Vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for patients who can't sit upright, and cars driven by professionals trained in hands-on walking support.
Typical NEMT rides cover recurring needs — dialysis three times a week, radiation treatments, physical therapy sessions, routine doctor visits — along with one-time trips like post-surgery pickups and hospital discharges. The purpose is simple: get people to the care they need so they can stay healthier and live more independently.
Powered by Modern Technology
Behind every ride is Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that powers our entire network. That means real-time tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication between you and your driver from pickup to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When you book a ride with us, you're placing a parent, a spouse, a neighbor in our care. We take that seriously. From the first call to the moment your loved one is home, everything we do is built around one promise: the people who love you should never have to worry about the ride.
