The fastest way to book is by calling 877-369-5457, or you can tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this site. We recommend reserving 24-48 hours ahead for non-urgent trips, though same-day pickups can sometimes be arranged based on driver availability across the eastside.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Because most specialty appointments mean crossing the Mathews, Hart, or Dames Point Bridge into downtown or Riverside, we ask for 24-48 hours of notice — especially for early dialysis runs and hospital trips during Arlington Expressway rush hour. Same-day requests sometimes work for in-Arlington pickups.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Tell us when you book and we'll dispatch one of our wheelchair-accessible vans. They're fitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems and handle manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters.
