The easiest way is to call us directly at 877-369-5457, or you can use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. Booking a day or two ahead for non-urgent rides gives us the best chance to have a driver ready, though same-day requests are sometimes possible.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We recommend 24 to 48 hours for routine visits. Since rides from Conifer travel 35 to 50 minutes down US-285, extra lead time helps — especially in winter when mountain conditions can add delays. For recurring dialysis or therapy, we can set up a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
