Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Centennial, CO
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Centennial stretches across roughly 30 square miles of south Denver suburbs, and its healthcare facilities are scattered along the I-25 and Arapahoe Road corridors. From Sky Ridge Medical Center off Lincoln Avenue to HCA HealthONE Centennial near the E-470 interchange to dialysis appointments at Colorado Kidney Care, getting to the right place on time means navigating rush-hour traffic that can add 20 to 30 minutes to any trip. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Centennial and Arapahoe County for dialysis, specialist visits, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep life moving — like church on Sunday or lunch with the grandkids.
Every ride begins and ends at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before heading out. When your appointment wraps up, they're there waiting. It's personal, attentive service — the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — because the person riding with us is someone a family is counting on.

Testimonials
I've used them twice now for post-surgery rides home. Both times the driver was on time, polite, and careful. The vehicles are always clean and well-maintained. Reliable service every time.
– Christopher M.
Weekly physical therapy appointments for my knee recovery. The driver knows my schedule now and always has the seat adjusted for me before I get in. That kind of personal attention is special.
– Harold G.
The wheelchair ramp was wide and steady. The driver guided me in straight, locked everything down, and even put a cushion behind my back for the ride. Small gestures that show genuine care.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call us directly at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button right here on our website. For non-urgent appointments, we suggest reaching out 24 to 48 hours in advance, though same-day rides may be available based on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We suggest booking a day or two ahead when possible. Recurring dialysis or therapy appointments can be set on a standing schedule. Since many Centennial trips head toward Aurora or Denver on congested I-25, giving us advance notice helps us plan the best route and timing.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely. Just let us know when you book and we'll assign a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp and secure tie-down system. We handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters — the right vehicle will be matched to your ride.
Can a family member ride along?
Of course. A family member or caregiver can ride with you at no additional cost in most situations. Mention it when booking so we can plan accordingly and make sure there's room for everyone.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a professional ride service for people who need reliable help getting to healthcare appointments but don't require emergency transport. That includes dialysis, routine doctor visits, hospital discharge pickups, and ongoing follow-up care.
The people who count on NEMT are typically seniors who no longer drive, individuals living with disabilities, and anyone managing a condition that makes operating a vehicle unsafe. Vehicles are matched to the rider — wheelchair-accessible vans, stretcher transport, or standard cars with trained walking assistance.
Most rides follow a recurring pattern — dialysis three times a week, radiation cycles, physical therapy, regular checkups. Others are one-time needs like a pickup after outpatient surgery or a hospital stay. In every case, the goal is simple: get people to the care that keeps them healthier and more independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our Centennial rides are powered by Duet, a trusted NEMT software platform. That gives you real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication with your driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Behind every ride is a family putting someone they love in our hands. We carry that responsibility in everything we do. From the moment you call to the moment your loved one walks through their front door, we hold ourselves to one measure: the person riding with us should feel cared for, and the person who booked the ride should never have to worry.
