How do I book a ride?
Reach us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on the site. We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead for non-urgent trips, and same-day rides may be possible depending on driver availability in your part of the region.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine trips inside one community, 24 to 48 hours works well. The South Bay is large, so cross-region rides — Gilroy up to Stanford in Palo Alto — should be booked three or more days out. Commute traffic on US-101 and I-280 affects timing, so build in cushion.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you book and we'll dispatch one of our wheelchair-accessible vans, fitted with a ramp and a secure tie-down system. We carry manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters, and we'll match the right vehicle and driver to your trip.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
