Give us a call at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. For non-urgent trips, we suggest booking 24-48 hours ahead, but same-day availability may be possible depending on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine appointments, 24-48 hours of lead time is ideal. If you have recurring needs like dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule so you never have to rebook. Same-day or next-day rides may also be available based on vehicle availability near you.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just let us know when you book. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and we accommodate manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. We'll make sure the right vehicle is assigned to your ride.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Absolutely — a family member or caregiver is welcome to ride along at no extra cost in most cases. Just mention it when you book so your driver is ready.
