You can call us at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead for non-urgent rides, though same-day availability may be possible depending on your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for appointments at UCSF Parnassus or SF General where traffic can be unpredictable. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so your rides are locked in. Same-day rides may be available depending on your area.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Let us know when you book and we'll take care of the rest. We have wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-down systems that accommodate manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. The right vehicle will be assigned to your ride automatically.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
