The easiest way is to call us at 877-369-5457 or hit the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We recommend 24-48 hours of notice for non-urgent rides, though same-day availability may be possible depending on your location in the Fresno area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Booking at least 24 hours ahead works best, especially for rides between south Fresno and the north-side medical corridor where CA-99 congestion can add significant travel time. For recurring needs like dialysis, we can lock in a standing schedule so you never have to rebook.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
They do. Just mention it when you book and we'll assign the right vehicle — our wheelchair-accessible vans come equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems for manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters.
