Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Hull, MA
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Hull is a narrow peninsula stretching into Boston Harbor, and every medical trip means leaving it. There's no hospital in town — only the Manet Community Health Center handles in-town primary care, while South Shore Hospital in Weymouth serves as the regional anchor for nearly everything more involved. Dialysis patients ride off-peninsula to DaVita Weymouth or U.S. Renal Care, and specialty care usually pulls residents into Quincy or Boston. Because MA Route 228 is the only road connecting Hull to the mainland, the drive always starts with the same bridge at the Weir River, and knowing the timing of that corridor is half the job. We provide door-to-door medical transportation that plans around it.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, walk you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before pulling away from the curb. When you're finished at your appointment, we're already outside waiting. This is the kind of care we'd arrange for our own parents — unhurried, attentive, and built on the understanding that the person in our care is the person you love most.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.
Trained, Compassionate Drivers
All drivers are trained in patient assistance, ADA compliance, and safe transport protocols.
Door-to-Door Service

Testimonials
My mom was discharged after a fall and she was scared about the ride home. The driver was so gentle and reassuring with her. She told me afterward that she felt safe the whole time.
– Lisa N.
Three days a week for chemo rides. It's a tough season, but at least transport isn't one of the things we worry about. They show up, they care, they get her there safely. Every time.
– Rebecca P.
I need to stay in my wheelchair for transport and the tie-down system in their vehicles is excellent. No bouncing, no shifting during turns. I actually feel more secure in their van than in most other vehicles.
– Kenneth P.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking is easy — call 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button on this page. For non-urgent trips, a day or two of notice works best, but if something comes up sooner, let us know and we'll check what's available near Hull and do our best to fit you in.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Because Route 228 is the only way on and off the Hull peninsula, we recommend 24 to 48 hours of notice when possible. Summer beach traffic and any delay at the Weir River Bridge can stretch a trip, so off-peninsula rides get an extra buffer built in. Recurring dialysis runs on a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible vans are equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and they handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and mobility scooters. Just share your mobility needs at booking and we'll assign the right vehicle and a driver trained to use the equipment properly.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — a family member, caregiver, or friend is welcome along at no additional cost in most cases. Just let us know at booking so the driver can plan for the extra passenger and know who to greet at pickup.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It's a purpose-built ride service for people who need to reach a health appointment safely but aren't facing the kind of emergency that calls for an ambulance or a 911 response.
The typical rider is a senior who has stopped driving, a person living with a disability, or someone managing a chronic condition. The vehicles match those needs — accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher-equipped transport, and standard cars with drivers trained in walking assistance.
Many NEMT trips repeat on a schedule — dialysis, weekly physical therapy, oncology follow-ups, standing senior center runs. Others happen once, like an outpatient pickup or a hospital discharge. Either way, the goal is the same: making sure nobody misses care because the ride didn't come.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our Hull transportation network runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform that provides live vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and a direct line of communication between you and your driver from pickup through drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When someone calls us for a ride, they're trusting us with a parent, a spouse, a neighbor they've known for decades. We carry that weight every time. From the first call to the moment your loved one is back inside their home, our work rests on one commitment — the person riding with us should never second-guess the ride.
