Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Wellesley, MA
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Wellesley may only cover about ten square miles, but the town sits inside one of the busiest medical corridors in the country. Newton-Wellesley Hospital is a short drive up Route 16, Fresenius Kidney Care and Innovative Renal Care both run dialysis centers in town, and Boston's teaching hospitals — Mass General, Brigham and Women's, Dana-Farber — are a Route 9 or I-95 trip away. Getting to the right appointment on time, across hilly residential streets and through Route 128 traffic, takes more than a rideshare. That's why we provide door-to-door medical transportation across Wellesley and Norfolk County.
Our drivers start each ride where you are — at your front door. They walk you out, help you get settled, and stay alongside you until you're where you need to be. When the appointment ends, someone's waiting to bring you home. That's the kind of care we'd want arranged for our own grandparent, and it's the standard we bring to every person a family trusts us with.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.
Trained, Compassionate Drivers

Testimonials
My wife had knee surgery and I couldn't take time off work to pick her up. They handled everything perfectly. She said the driver was gentle, patient, and the ride was very comfortable.
– Larry P.
My mother-in-law uses them for weekly podiatry visits. She's 87 and moves slowly, and the drivers always give her all the time she needs. No impatience, ever. That patience is golden.
– Glenn D.
I was worried about getting my wheelchair through the narrow doorway of my apartment building. The driver helped navigate every tight corner without scratching a wall or my chair. Real skill.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Give us a call at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button at the top of our site. For non-urgent appointments we recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead, though same-day rides are sometimes possible depending on what's available in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For most in-town Wellesley trips and rides to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, 24-48 hours of notice works well. For appointments heading into Boston's Longwood Medical Area, we suggest 48-72 hours because of Route 9 and I-95 rush-hour traffic. Same-day and next-day rides are often possible when schedules allow.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — simply let us know when you book. Our wheelchair-accessible vans are outfitted with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and they handle manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. We'll make sure the right vehicle is on the schedule before your driver heads out.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — in most cases a family member, friend, or caregiver is welcome to come along at no extra charge. Just mention the extra passenger when you book so the driver knows to expect them.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a dedicated ride service for people who need a safe way to reach medical care but aren't in a situation that calls for an ambulance or a 911 response.
The riders who rely on NEMT are typically older adults who've stopped driving, people living with a disability, and anyone whose health condition makes getting behind the wheel risky. To match those needs, the vehicles come in several forms — wheelchair-accessible vans, stretcher-equipped transport, and standard cars staffed by drivers trained in hands-on walking assistance.
Many NEMT rides follow a steady weekly rhythm — dialysis sessions, chemotherapy, physical therapy, and regular specialist visits. Plenty of others are one-off trips, such as a discharge home from the hospital or a scheduled outpatient procedure pickup. The underlying goal stays the same: keep people connected to the care that keeps them well.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our rides run on Duet (https://www.duetinc.com/), a leading NEMT software platform that powers live vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication between you and your driver on every trip.
More Than a Ride
Every booking places a parent, a spouse, or a dear friend in our care. We don't take that lightly. From the first phone call through the final drop-off, every detail of what we do is shaped around a single commitment: the people you love should never have to worry about how they're getting home.
