You can book by calling us at 877-369-5457 or by clicking the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead for non-urgent rides, though same-day availability may be possible depending on vehicle availability in the Clear Lake area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Since all medical trips from Clear Lake Shores require travel to Webster, Nassau Bay, or League City, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. For trips to Houston's Texas Medical Center, 48-hour notice is best. Dialysis patients and others with recurring appointments can lock in a standing schedule with one call.
