Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Since most medical facilities are outside Kemah in League City or Webster, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. For longer trips to the Texas Medical Center in Houston, 48 hours is ideal. Weekend Boardwalk traffic on SH-146 can affect timing, so plan ahead for Saturday rides.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
