Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Booking a day or two ahead works best. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so your rides are covered each week. Riders heading to the Texas Medical Center should allow extra time for I-45 rush hour congestion. Same-day rides may also be available.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Absolutely. Tell us at the time of booking and we'll dispatch a van equipped with a ramp and a full tie-down system built for manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. The right vehicle will be assigned ahead of time so everything is set before we pull up.
Can a family member ride along?
Absolutely — we encourage it. A spouse, grown child, or professional caregiver is welcome to travel alongside the patient at no extra charge in most cases. Let us know during booking so the driver can prepare seating and assist everyone comfortably.
