Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Aldine, TX
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Aldine is a sprawling community in north Houston where healthcare facilities are spread across a wide area — from Harris Health Aldine Health Center right in the neighborhood to HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest along the Cypress Creek Parkway corridor and Harris Health Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital off the East Freeway. Getting to the right facility on time, especially during rush-hour traffic on I-69 and Beltway 8, takes more than just a car. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Aldine and Harris County for dialysis appointments, hospital visits, specialist care at the Texas Medical Center, and the everyday rides that keep life on track.
Every ride begins and ends at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before heading out. When you're done with your appointment, they're waiting. It's the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — attentive, patient, and built around the understanding that the person in our vehicle is the person someone at home loves most.

Testimonials
After my knee replacement, I could barely walk. The driver was incredibly gentle helping me in and out of the vehicle. He made what could have been a painful trip actually comfortable.
– Raymond H.
My father-in-law goes to dialysis three times a week. I was driving 45 minutes each way to take him until we found this service. Now he gets there safely and I can focus on work. Life changing.
– Arthur B.
My son is in a wheelchair and I'm always anxious about transport. The driver put us both at ease. He talked us through every step — ramp, positioning, securing. My son felt safe and so did I.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
You can reach us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button right here on our website. We recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead for non-urgent trips, though same-day rides may be available depending on your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We recommend booking a day or two ahead for routine appointments. Rush-hour traffic on I-69 and Beltway 8 can slow things down, so extra lead time helps for longer trips. For dialysis or other recurring needs, we can lock in a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — just let us know when you're booking. We have wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-down systems that handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. We'll make sure the right vehicle is ready for your ride.
Can a family member ride along?
Definitely. We welcome a family member or caregiver to ride along, and there's no additional charge in most cases. When you're booking, let us know so we can have everything ready.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — NEMT for short — gives people a reliable way to get to healthcare appointments when calling an ambulance isn't necessary. It handles the full range of medical rides, from recurring dialysis sessions to post-surgery pickups and routine checkups.
Seniors who've stopped driving, people with disabilities, and anyone managing a condition that makes getting behind the wheel unsafe all rely on NEMT. The vehicles match the rider's needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps, stretcher transport for those who can't sit upright, and cars with trained drivers who offer hands-on walking support.
Common NEMT trips include recurring appointments like dialysis three times a week, cancer treatment, and physical therapy, along with one-time rides for outpatient surgery pickups or hospital discharge. The goal is simple: helping people reach the care they need so they can stay healthier and more independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Our rides are coordinated through Duet, a purpose-built NEMT software platform that provides real-time vehicle tracking, reliable scheduling, and clear communication between you and your driver throughout the entire trip.
More Than a Ride
When a family books a ride with us, they're placing someone they care about deeply in our hands. We don't take that lightly. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one walks through their front door, everything we do centers on one promise: no one should have to worry about the ride.
