Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For local appointments, booking a day or two ahead works best. Rides to the Texas Medical Center in Houston should be booked 48 hours ahead due to I-45 traffic. If you have recurring visits like dialysis, we can set up a repeating schedule so your rides are always covered.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
