Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead. Denver's rush hour on I-25 and I-70 can add significant time to rides heading to the Anschutz Medical Campus or the 19th Avenue medical corridor, so extra lead time helps on those routes. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so you're always covered.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
