Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Booking a day or two ahead is ideal for routine visits. Denver-area trips to hospitals in Lincolnton or Huntersville run 12 to 18 miles along NC-16, and demand can be high for early-morning dialysis runs. For recurring appointments, we'll set up a standing schedule so your rides are covered each week.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
