How do I book a ride?
Give us a call at 904-674-3439 or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. For non-urgent trips, we suggest booking 24-48 hours ahead, but same-day availability may be possible depending on your location.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For routine appointments, booking a day or two ahead works best. If you have a recurring need like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so your rides are locked in each week. Jacksonville is a big city — rides crossing from the Northside to the Southside or over the St. Johns River bridges can take 45 minutes or more, so extra lead time helps on cross-city trips. Same-day rides may be available depending on vehicle availability near you.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
