We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For dialysis and doctor visits in Riverdale or Fairburn, same-day rides are usually available. Hospital trips into Atlanta should be booked at least 24 hours ahead — I-85 congestion near Camp Creek Parkway can add real time. For recurring needs, we lock in a standing schedule.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
