A day or two of lead time is ideal for most visits. Trips across the Tobin Bridge to MGH or Dana-Farber benefit from extra notice, since rush-hour bridge traffic can add real time to the drive. For recurring treatments like dialysis, we lock in a standing schedule.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
